Consistency is How You Grow on Instagram (Daily Reels) Meta confirmed that posting every day is the secret sauce to Instagram growth. While 3-4 times a week is great (or what they called, their bare minimum), showing up daily is what's going to boost your posts in the algorithm. 2. Scheduling posts is GREAT for engagement A lot of people think using this feature lowers your success but that's just not true. Meta shares that they WANT you to use their features such as the in-app scheduling feature and it will not lower your reach. (This saves me about 1-2 hours per week). Meta Business Suite is perfect for busy CEOs! 3. Reels are still prioritized over carousels While carousels are gaining traction, Reels remain the BEST way to grow on Instagram. Meta emphasized that using a mix of content types keeps your audience engaged and helps you reach more people. 4. Audio Variety is Key Switch between trending and original audio for the best results. And don't forget to add voiceovers or timed text on screen to keep your Reels engaging. Don't just use trending audios, use original audios from time to time.
