Add all of the remaining chocolate flour and mix well. 7. Grease the loaf pan with butter, add the dough, and remove the air between the dough. 8. Bake at 350F (180C) for about 50 minutes. 9. If the batter doesn't come out when poking a toothpick right in the middle of the loaf, take the loaf out and let it cool for a while. 10. Place 1 piece of chocolate on the loaf and wait for the chocolate to melt slightly with the remaining oven heat. (about 1-2 minutes, so that the chocolate shape remains slightly) 11. Take out from oven and cool. 12. Place ice in a bowl then place another bowl on top of it, add the cream and whip. 13. Divide powdered sugar in 2 or 3 times and add while whipping. 14. Add crushed pistachios and chocolate chips. 15. Put it in a piping bag and squeeze it out on a platter. 16. Place the chocolate loaf and finish with blueberries, raspberries, mint leaves, and powdered sugar.
