Some people say they do this bc their stomach is upset but in my experience this isn’t true. My dog just loves it. He doesn’t throw up either.

Mine doesn’t have a taste for grass…until it has been mowed. He goes CRAZY for lawn clippings. Just gobbles up piles like a vacuum. And I’m there grabbing it out of his mouth/throat. Usual commands don’t work with grass clippings either. Its like I don’t exist when grass clippings do

Eating grass is a sign of inflammation or upset belly. My catahoula started grazing so he gets Greek yogurt and it stopped the grazing😎

i heard somewhere that said they eat grass when their stomach hurts and they throw it up after kinda like we do when we eat something bad!!

Grass cuts their stomach which causes them to throw up. I used to think it was okay for my dog to eat grass until he threw up blood

my dog does this and doesn't even throw up. Vet says he likely just likes the flavor. he's picky too, likes certain species of grasses the best. lol Dewey morning grass is his favorite... like that MF Treestars level of wetness lol
