I lost 70 lbs using weight loss medication and got pregnant. I gained 30 Ibs total from the beginning of pregnancy to losing the pregnancy. I want to avoid medication and I am trying to conquer my fear of going to the gym alone. My goal is to join a gym & get healthy for future pregnancies. I'm unsure how to start at the gym and would appreciate any tips. Thank you!
