have a blue moon beer once in a while I also would eat flack seed. I had a lady also make me breastfeeding cookies. it's all in the ingredients I wish I knew what she put in them but I wonder now I bet Google probably has a ton of recipes. I also remember eating the naked bars they have the good breastfeeding ingredients. oh and try to switch boobs my son favored one and then only that one would drop a ton of milk and the other was slow to catch up lol. the size difference was hilarious 🤦♀️

I was in the same boat with both my kids. Couldn’t breastfeed either…but my daughter! Holy 💩 every time I turn around she got her boobies in that baby’s mouth 🤣

lots of water and try to relax and stay calm during breastfeeding. sounds crazy but taking a deep breath and try to relax really helped me. i breasted my first for 9 months and the twins for 10 month.

Lots and lots of water! Also eating and try adding coconut water and oatmeal in your diet more frequently. I breastfed my 1st for 20 months. Also remember that as long as baby is fed, you're doing great mama!

Prep!!!! Start NOW using a tooth brush on your nipples in the shower. If you get them ready you won’t go through the scabbing phase.

body Armour waters saved my milk! I was pumping maybe 2-4oz at a time per boob. Starting drinking those and was up to 10oz per boob every 2-3hours!!

Stress destroyed my supply, I had no idea that it could. Hydration, proper protein, the more baby is on you/nursing the more the body will produce, and relax (try to anyway I know late nights are so hard in the thick of it) but breathing them in and trying to stay in the present with them helps. this was my personal journey to finally have success at it. Good luck mama, you got this ❤️❤️❤️
