Everyone getting so goddamn caught up on the axe tossing that they're missing the fact that they somehow managed to include survivors checking cams and Springtrap jumpscaring them inside the office as gameplay mechanics in a game with none of those features (aside from Cams, but never for the survivor), while still having it flow into a match. They even have jumpscares, where Springtrap catching you inside the office is a 1st person jumpscare. So what that they gave him a tool so that he's actually usable in chase? They nailed his core mechanics perfectly

Hopefully it's just the ptb but some animations look so choppy, especially from killer pov. they just snap back to neutral instead of flowing correctly. idk, other than that he seems fun.

I'm very happy about what we got. The mori is amazing and matches with the movie skin he got, the base skin is fantastic and the movie skin is great, the perks are sick, the close range axe grab from survivers is really cool. In total this a fantastic collab and I'm excited for him to release.

for everyone upset about the axe, it's most likely a tribute to The Living Tombstone's "Die In A Fire" since an axe is prominently featured in the music video and it's a fnaf 3 song specifically
