It’s a tough decision. It’s a tie. Wolverine and Spider-Man. I want the claws , regenerative healing and stamina from Wolverine. I want to shoot webs like Spider-Man and climb walls or ceilings.

What about the negatives to Flash? Since he perceives time slower, he gets bored fairly often, and since people are slow to him, he gets annoyed all the time. Plus, his metabolism is so fast he has to constantly eat (assuming you don't have the 1,000mg protein bar).
