Recipe below👇🏼 I know summer’s not over yet… but I just couldn’t wait to start autumn baking🍂✨ Gave a box of these to my neighbours and they LOVED them! 🤎 💌 Ingredients:  Dough * 280 g strong white bread flour (+ extra for dusting) * 30 g caster sugar (reserve 1 tsp for yeast activation) * ½ tsp salt * 7 g fast-action yeast * 75 ml warm milk * 2 eggs (room temp) * 50 g unsalted butter, softened * 2 tsp cinnamon Filling * 100 g unsalted butter, melted * 5 tbsp light brown sugar * 3 tsp cinnamon Glaze * 150 g icing sugar * 2–3 tbsp milk * ½ tsp vanilla 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:  1. Activate yeast – Warm milk, stir in 1 tsp sugar, sprinkle yeast, stir gently, rest 5–10 min until foamy. 2. Make dough – To the bowl with activated yeast, add flour, remaining sugar, salt, cinnamon, eggs, and softened butter. Mix to form a dough, then knead until smooth and elastic  3. First rise – Place in an oiled bowl, cover, proof 1 hr or until doubled. 4. Filling – Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon. 5. Shape – Punch down dough, roll to 1 cm thick rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly from long side, slice into 2–3 cm rounds. 6. Second rise – Arrange on parchment, lightly press down each roll to flatten slightly cover, proof 30 min until puffy. 7. Secure swirl – Before frying, insert a toothpick through each roll to hold the swirl in place 8. Fry – Heat oil and fry 1–2 min per side until golden. Drain. 9. Glaze – Mix icing sugar, milk, vanilla. Dip warm donuts, let set.
