HAPPY EID MUBARAK ✨ 🇮🇩: Idul Adha (Hari Raya Kurban) berasal dari kisah yang sangat penting dalam tradisi Islam dan berkaitan erat dengan Nabi Ibrahim (Abraham) dan putranya, Nabi Ismail. Peristiwa ini juga dikenal dan dihormati dalam tradisi Yahudi dan Kristen, meskipun terdapat perbedaan dalam detail dan tokoh. Asal-usul Idul Adha dalam Islam: 1. Perintah Allah kepada Nabi Ibrahim Nabi Ibrahim bermimpi bahwa Allah memerintahkannya untuk menyembelih putranya sebagai bentuk ujian keimanan dan kepatuhan. Dalam Islam, putra yang dimaksud adalah Nabi Ismail (berbeda dengan tradisi Yahudi-Kristen yang menyebut Ishak). 2. Kepatuhan Nabi Ibrahim dan Ismail Meski perintah itu sangat berat, Nabi Ibrahim bersedia melaksanakannya, dan Nabi Ismail juga menunjukkan keikhlasan. Ini menunjukkan ketundukan total kepada kehendak Allah. 3. Allah Menggantikan Ismail dengan Domba Saat Nabi Ibrahim hendak menyembelih Ismail, Allah menggantinya dengan seekor domba sebagai bentuk kasih sayang dan penghargaan atas ketaatan keduanya. Peristiwa ini diabadikan dalam Al-Qur'an, salah satunya dalam Surah As-Saffat (ayat 102–107). 4. Diteladani oleh Umat Muslim Untuk mengenang dan meneladani ketakwaan dan pengorbanan Nabi Ibrahim dan Ismail, umat Islam diperintahkan untuk menyembelih hewan kurban (seperti kambing, sapi, atau unta) setiap tanggal 10 Dzulhijjah dalam kalender Hijriah. 5. Kaitan dengan Ibadah Haji Idul Adha juga berkaitan erat dengan ibadah haji. Puncaknya adalah wukuf di Arafah pada 9 Dzulhijjah, dan hari raya kurban jatuh keesokan harinya, tanggal 10 Dzulhijjah. 🇬🇧: Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) originates from a very important story in Islamic tradition and is closely related to the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son, the Prophet Ismail. This event is also known and honored in the Jewish and Christian traditions, although there are differences in details and characters. The origins of Eid al-Adha in Islam: 1. God's command to the Prophet Ibrahim The Prophet Ibrahim dreamed that Allah ordered him to slaughter his son as a test of faith and obedience. In Islam, the son in question is the Prophet Ismail (unlike the Judeo-Christian tradition which mentions Isaac). 2. The obedience of the Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail Although the order was very difficult, the Prophet Ibrahim was willing to carry it out, and the Prophet Ismail also showed sincerity. This shows total submission to the will of Allah. 3. Allah Replaced Ismail with a Sheep When the Prophet Ibrahim was about to slaughter Ismail, Allah replaced him with a sheep as a form of affection and appreciation for the obedience of both of them. This event is immortalized in the Qur'an, one of which is in Surah As-Saffat (verses 102–107). 4. Emulated by Muslims To commemorate and imitate the piety and sacrifice of the Prophets Ibrahim and Ismail, Muslims are ordered to slaughter sacrificial animals (such as goats, cows or camels) every 10th of Dzulhijjah in the Hijri calendar. 5. Connection with the Hajj Eid al-Adha is also closely related to the Hajj pilgrimage.
