indian women have always done this 😭😭😭 u have to aggressively massage into ur scalp to help blood flow and help hair growth. and u can add the rest gently to the rest of ur hair

Honey... I hate to tell you this but if you are letting the water touch the bottom of the bowl, it's heating it hot enough to destroy the nutrients. the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl, only the steam should be heating it and #2, if it has cooled enough for you to dip your fingers in and let it cool even further by dripping, it was pointless to heat in the first place. Heat it to a mild warm and dip your ends once it's cooled to a temp that wouldnt burn you but is still warmer than not because it will cool extremely fast once out of the bowl. Dip your ends and start to work it up while warm but as it starts to cool.
