I did the community center 1 time and it’s been joja route ever since. The people in this town don’t appreciate anything. They aren’t invested in their own lives. I have to do everything. If I wanted to feel used I could just live my real life.

I'ma say this, does it matter? Either way you end up with a greedy person, one just happens to work for a giant corporation. The other one still gets to stay in business, so you just destroy the place that people work at, and get groceries from, for what? A place no one uses? (Plus the movie theater is in a better place if you go Joja route, in my opinion.)

Joja Mart run is best run. you still have Pierre, Jodi and Pam can buy cheap groceries, Shane and Alex keep their jobs, and the C Center THAT NO ONE TOUCHED TILL I MOVED THERE, turns into the theater. also Clint doesn't disappear every Friday.
