so I looked at the actual nutritional facts. and its not something new. its literally just a multivitamin in a powder form. liquid IV (for example) has the actual electrolyte ingredients u would need for that. this is just an over priced powder with vitamins.

50% of women have MTHFR genetic mutación. I was in a walker because of complications from it. We are NOT supposed to take synthetic b12 or folate That all “expensive” brands of electrolytes have in them. (Including Powerade) ABSORTION is the only one i have found with methylated b12/folate. 🫶🏻
