If anyone out there wants to know. This park at Universal is a direct result of Evermore Park in UT hosting Universal execs at their park. I would know because I fed them a lot of these foods while in the Tavern Restaurant of our own. Evermore has since closed, but I had a bad feeling when they came to visit.
