Yes! Teaching an “off switch” can help. They sometimes have to have rest days

Yes! Chill days are important. Teaching your dog that everyday is go go go is actually doing a disservice to them (unless it’s a working dog who has a job to do)

my dudes would cuddle up next to me all day, and then go to his crate for his food, like he’d be so happy he could sleep in undisturbed - teaching them to chill is the most underrated thing
