They have their solo songs and their groups songs to perform. A group tour is a great idea to promote their solo works and split the money. They don't need a new group album. They need to push their solo songs before they finally disband. That's exactly what they are doing. It's not lazy, it's strategic. The girls are not victims, they are business women. They don't need to waste money for a group album, they will use the group name to promote & maximize profit of their solo works. The tour is going to be filled with their solo projects and then their group songs.
