As an IU student I am so disappointed. This is not what the majority of students I know would wish for at all and this does not represent Bloomington. We continue to hate and attempt to fight our administration bc this is devastating

this office literally made it financially possible for me to come to IU, as well as so many other low income minority students with dreams of college that their families would’ve never been able to afford. these are generationally cycles we were breaking. they’re trying so hard to make higher education unattainable for communities like mine and it breaks my heart. why is there so much hate ?

It’s very sad that they have to do that. I go to Ivy Tech in Jeff for Nursing. They had to close DEI. If they didn’t, we wouldn’t get loans or grants. 🥲
