So far I’ve run a sub 20min 5km in them feeling good and a half marathon at easy pace. They can cope with everything in between. This shoe is absolutely perfect for the daily miles, easy runs and looking after your legs on a long run. Clifton 9 was tight on my foot so didn’t use it much, but this v10 model fits like a dream and I can tell it will get plenty of use.
