Only a handful of people know exactly where that safe is. Maybe the next door neighbor saw it once and set them up. Maybe his partner found a way to do it. Who knows. Could be fraud all around. LOL

Yeah, jewelry heist like this tend to be questionable possible insurance situations because who would know that that specific spot is where the safe was and unless they’ve actually been there

Shouldn't a safe have sensors in case someone tries to tamper with it? Once drilling starts, it should trigger an alarm, alerting the police.
