✅ Comment “26” below, and I’ll DM you a free training This effect is called “Throw and Catch.” It’s a super fun transition with a high chance of going viral, and it’s surprisingly easy to create using CapCut. Let me break it down for you: First, place your phone on a tripod and pretend to throw your head. Then, repeat the motion without your head in the frame. Next, pretend to call your head back and move it upwards. Record your head separately in front of a green screen. Import your first clip into CapCut and find the moment where you pretend to throw your head. Split the clip, then scroll a few frames ahead to where you make the same motion without your head and split again at the exact same moment. Delete the clip in between. Repeat this process at the end of your clip where you move your head upwards to create two smooth transitions. Next, import your green screen clip and position it a few frames before the first transition. Use the “Remove Background” feature and select “Chroma Key” to delete the green screen. Resize your head to match the size in the main track and create a keyframe. Scroll further and create another keyframe, resizing your head to make it larger and centering it in the frame. This creates the desired effect. Repeat the same steps for the head’s return, but reverse the process. Export your video, and you’re done! Comment “26” below, and I’ll DM you a free training to help you go viral in the next 26 days. See you there! #capcut #capcutpioneer
