it's 360 view so they can technically see you but it's not perfect the front has a small blind spot so they have to turn their head just a little to see you

eyes evolved like that because they are prey they rely on seeing them first they have near 360⁰ view radius while we evolved to be predators and we see 180⁰ infornt
