The whole "reenactment" was an excellent example of confirmation bias. That is NOT science, it's gonna do down in history on par with Michael Peterson - Duane Deaver's blood spatter analysis.

I saw someone say that the CW’s experts are so bad, because good experts won’t put their reputation on the line for this case and data. So this is the best they can get. And it’s laughably bad.

this is my theory because there was no edr event of an impact. I'm not an expert by any means but if I reverse 24mph and hit a 216 lb object causing that object to fly 30feet through the air..I'm sure my vehicle would record that as an impact!
