Pop one leg bent behind you on the bench, hold a weight, I prefer a kettlebell with the same side arm then bend with the knee infront of you, like a lung if that makes sense. I hate them but they work so good haha also if that weight is annoying use a plate instead helps to stop your middle dip and you get tired near the end xxx
