@eatplanted: Caesar Salad, but upgraded! 🥗🔥   INGREDIENTS   1 Pack of planted.chicken herbs & lemon 150g Pasta of your choice 2 Slices bread 1 tbsp Olive oil A handful of radishes (optional) Pickled red onions (optional) 2 small heads of romaine lettuce   Dressing 125g Cashews 25g Capers 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast 0.5 Lemon, juiced 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Garlic powder 175 ml Water Salt and pepper to taste   PREPARATION   1️⃣ For the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. 2️⃣ Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown and crispy. 3️⃣ In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and prepare the planted.chicken according to the packet instructions. 4️⃣ Leave the pasta to cool slightly, then mix with the chopped romaine lettuce and the prepared dressing. 5️⃣ Garnish with the cooked planted.chicken, homemade croutons, sliced radishes and pickled red onions, if using. #plantbasedmeat #veganrecipe #pastasalad
