It happened to me like it feels my heart is racing but when doctor checked my blood pressure and pulse rate and oximeter all is normal😂 I asked them am I crazy they said no.

I ain’t no doctor but I will tell you my heart consistently is that 120 to 140 and only when it gets down to 60 it hurts I think you gotta get to 180 before it’s a heart attack I think.. it’s not good levels but i like to think if I can make it through the day you can to 🥲

ive heard that a heartattack is unbearable and it completely disables you, you can't even move, so I think that's a severe panic attack, a crisis a heartattack doesn’t warn you most of the time

get a blood test because can be blood pressure, you should sleep well, eat before going to work and drink a lot of water.
