Girl at this point the damage will affect structural integrity of all the steps long term. I would request a replacement for all the step as you’ll just end up having to do it anyway

Glad they’re at least replacing the platform for the pool stairs. But they really should have fully replaced all of the stairs given their current state after a few months. Clearly they have some quality control issues or they’re over hyping their products

you honestly should be reaching out to competitive companies, show them your following on tiktok. and then do a giant tiktok of them replacing it and showing how much better their product is than the other companies. it's a win-win for both 🤷🏼♀️

They have to replace your stairs completely, name and shame them for doing the cheapest, nastiest job ever. They definitely didnt seal them appropriately, I have merbau all over my house in the Australian coastal sun/sea salt and my merbau decking and handrailing is perfect, just faded after a year from me not doing my maintenance. The splitting/cracking is not normal!
