This is a complete slap in the face to people who actually have addictions. I love sugar just as much as the next person. But it is NOT that hard to quit. The only thing hard about quitting sugar is the sheer amount of things that they put sugar in. Its in damn near everything. You have to basically get rid of most of your seasonings and all processed foods and eat all natural. But it's really not that hard.
