Hi I was on probation and my boss raised the performance issue and health and safety issue purposely. He had taken my second review which was due on 1st April, taken on May 17 stating Antrim review appraisal after that they terminated my job and after apple they demoted me .now calling me to rejoin on demoted designation.kindly advise what to do .

Ii was put on 3 months probation when I transferred to nights I've only had one supervision in the three months officially yesterday was the end of the 3 month. can my employer still say im on probation even though they haven't bothered to do any supervision for this period

I was let go for my absence but I was suffering from mental health problems I had 11 months work done probation passed and never given any warning on this which I had told my supervisor my issue do I have a case
