after you beat the game, you have to wait on hold with customer service and maybe get a refund in a year or two if your claim is legit, otherwise they say that they can't verify service connection and hang up with you.

After you beat the game you have to explain to the VA that everything is service connected and they’ll deny you so then you have to get a VA lawyer who will jump you out of your back pay.
