Bold of you to assume I can maintain anything above a fast walk for longer than a minute 😬 idk what’s wrong my lung capacity is good but nothing feels like it’s getting in. No matter how much or deeply I breathe I’m still gasping. I thought fixing my deviated septum would fix the issue and it helped, but I just can’t get a good breath. My lung capacity is enough to empty a gallon bottle of water (homeschool science experiment last year)

my stamina somehow skyrocketed in under a month after I started playing soccer. I can do a 100m sprint in 12s now too, my minimum heart rate is 48bpm when I'm sleeping.

I started running 5km a few weeks ago and my heart rate is around 160 😂 and this is with a steady pace, I am not sprinting. But hopefully I will get better with perseverance.

i just hit 50 and ive start running. first run i made 1k, second 2k, etc. now im at 5k(30min) and it's getting easyer fast. it's harder to handle the legs fatigue compare to the breath.
