Времена меняются и ко времени Корры все поменялось так сильно. Не имеет смысла даже их сравнивать, времена у всех Аватаров разные и от этого напрямую зависят их противники

Korra literally had depression from fighting poweful enemies with really unique and skilled abilities (i mean aang too for his age but the Same is for korra ad first expierience,the world was against her,the republicians were well manipulated by enemies. She hated herself enough when she was poisoned,she was ready to quit the avatar path,she’s the first that felt not enough and useless but i think she deserves more than hate cuz ShE DeStrOyEd tHe cOnNecTion wIth The pasT aVataR (white like fighting his own uncle that enbodied vaatu) or ShE kePt tHe sPirIt woRld open whatever,she deserves a deep respect

Okay, HEAR ME OUT FOR A SEC, she Didn't have to learn the elements and go around the WORLD,BRO Aang gave it to her so she Didn't go through more fights, experience, The avatar is supposed to know the world they is supposed to save!! I feel like people forget Korra had such powerful enemies compared to the people the gaang had to deal with. Like, she had to deal with a powerful bloodbender that could permanently (?) take away, or lock somebody’s bending. He also had hundreds and hundreds of supporters and chi-blockers. Then the embodiment of chaos and evil itself. Then the red lotus—a dangerous group with insane capabilities, with the leader newly gaining air bending abilities. Not only that, but later he learned to FLY. She had to fight off a (near) air bending master, while slowly dying from a mass amount of poison. Then, after THREE YEARS of healing. Learning to walk, and be normal again. A new threat arises, and they’ve managed to harness some kind of spirit-power, but it’s a MASSIVELY destructive beam. Their fleet was taken down before the battle even started, their aerial weapons all taken down except for two. Korra didn’t have bending prodigies, or a warrior with good battle strategy.

kidnapped, beat on when she was at her worst, poisioned, past lived forcefully taken away, couldn’t walk for 3 years, thought her dad died, hunted, shamed, hallucinations, coincidentally had to deal with spirit of pure evil, bending taken away, felt like she wasn’t powerful anymore

I'm so torn about the concept that Aang didn't want to be the Avatar in a world that needed him, and Korra wanted to be the Avatar in a world that didn't need him. And she was able to stand against so many enemies and obstacles, so many times she was on the brink of death and in despair. I love Korra to the core, my girl 💔

God forbid an avatars choices don’t line up with yours. That doesn’t mean you should hate them for no reason, korra did her best within that 1-2 years she was a baby avatar. And I whole heartedly believe that she went through more than aang ever has
