I’m in sales used to live in NYC and now LA, all the leadership is stressed out and acting like it’s the end of the world. I’m so stressed and anxious too, just keep doing your best and control what you can control. My therapist always asks me, “what’s the worst that can happen?” I’m really struggling to be present rn but that’s great advice
