Thank you for this. Perimenopause has my misophonia turned up to 11, especially when it comes to repetitive noises.. My husband has Tourette’s, so you can imagine how it’s going! 😑 I feel horrible that it bothers me so much. I hate that others deal with it too, but your video reminds me that I’m not alone!

I'm a husband who's wife is also going through this. In the moment the examples you mentioned are really challenging. But listening to you talk about it I have nothing but empathy for you both.My heart goes out to couples going through this. I remind myself often love is not a feeling during blissful joy but rather a choice you make while going through the hard moments.
