Seems like you need a CGM (continuous glucose monitor). It will give an alarm when your levels are dangerously low.

My mom went through this too! Hot Pepsi, orange juice with extra sugar, or lemon icing in the small tube for cake decorating it’s easier to put in his mouth and squeeze!! He can’t answer! Sugar is low!!!! Why aren’t you calling 911? Instead of recording????

My twin has done this soo many times. It’s scary to watch. You do what you can but talking to them doesn’t work. They are so out of it. EMS is the only option if they can’t drink. They are also dead wait that they can’t sit up
