@abcnews: Defense attorneys for Sean Combs called it “outrageous” that federal prosecutors asked a Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigator about the destruction of fingerprints that he testified had been lifted from Kid Cudi’s front door. Combs' defense team then moved for a mistrial, which the judge denied. The judge then instructed the jury to disregard questions related to destroyed fingerprint cards. ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent Aaron Katersky has the latest in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial. #diddy #trial #news #abcnews
Of course the defense did because that's exactly what happened.

Diddy is so cooked!!!!! The Prosecution is really laying it down. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN DONE!! The feds pretty much had a closed case long before he was arrested. They are just laying it all out now.

I could use a little help here...how is it that the Los Angeles FIRE Department (Arson), is involved with the collection and preservation of fingerprints. is this activity by the fire Department customary? Also. how is the now destroyed fingerprint evidence directly or indirectly associated with the defendant? Were the fingerprints matched to the defendant, or another individual? The prosecution, according to this report, Simply had a witness testily that evidence was recovered, then destroyed, without tying the evidence to the defendant, or excluding the car's owner, or any other unknown person. It seems as though the jury, before receiving instruction disregard, were being led to make a 'leap of faith' conclusion, regarding the fingerprint evidence.

that is a completely valid question and that's not implying anything. if you infer that's what happened from that question, sounds like an admission of guilt

real question: Do judges actually think jury's actually disregard that kinda of stuff and that they don't take it into account when coming up with a verdict?
