I think I know what company the first one is & let me tell you, the WORST apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. EVERYTHING broke so easily, then move out fees were awful & releasing was terrible too they upped our rent 500 dollars, it was almost cheaper to rent a house. maintenance would only be available occasionally.
