Carolyn Bryant who falsely accused Emmett Till of whistling at her died at 88 after a long illness. She had two sons both preceded her in death. One son died 2010 other 2014. Glad she got to experience what loss felt like with thr death of both sons. BTW she remarried twice after first husband who involved in Emmett death.

nothing can redeem him. every mother should see him in their sons. such a tragedy. I wish I could have been there in present time. maybe I could have made a difference, maybe not. this child needs the highest of honor and eternal peace.

It really bugs me that the white woman that put these allegation on Emmett Hill was able to live her life raise her children and were able to spend time with her grandchildren. Emmett Till never got that chance because of her lies.

I’m always confused, because in a documentary I watched the uncle said that Emmitt did whistle at her and called her a movies star. I know none of that justifies what he did, but they should’ve laid down some strict rules for that young man because we were living in affair and we still are living in a United States where we are bullied treated unfair. We are just not in a good space for us.. I still pray for that young man every day because it breaks my heart when he had to go through and what his mother had to go through God bless

They asked his mother to consider having a closed casket funeral due to the way he looked & she said no I want the public to bear witness to the horrors inflicted on my baby!🙏🏽🥹

His school, James McCosh, was not too far from his house. He attended it, and in his honor, the name was changed to Emmett Louis Till Fine & Performing Arts Magnet School🫶🏽.

White woman here I love everybody I'm from Canada I didn't even know how bad you all were treated we didn't get taught any of this here none of this history was taught to us Canadians I have watched so many documentarys on Emmit Till then I started finding other ppl that went through the same as him such a sad sad story
