@yummifood2288: The method that reduces the baking time by half and the easiest loaf of bread, I am waiting for your likes and comments SOURY BREADS 175 gr bread flour 175 gr baklava flour 260 gr water (let's put it in a controlled way) 100 gr sourdough (you can order sourdough from the link in the profile) 7 gr salt I mixed the flour and water until there was no dry spot and let it rest for 1 hour. I added sourdough and kneaded for 4-5 minutes until it was well mixed and let it rest for another 30 minutes. I added salt and kneaded for another 5 minutes. I made 4 folds with 30 minutes intervals and let the dough rest until it gained 50% volume. I shaped it, covered it with sesame seeds and put it in the basket. I let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and put it in the fridge for cold fermentation.
