I want to adopt a black kid but comments like this remind me why I shouldn’t 🥲. I guess only black families are allowed to adopt a black kid?

I hope yall are protecting him because he will grow up to be a black man! I also hope you’re teaching him very important aspects of black culture and what it means to be black in America!

I understand that there are real and valid concerns about cultural identity and representation, especially in transracial adoptions. But at what point do we recognize when people are genuinely trying to love and care for a child, regardless of race? If we keep pushing away those who want to include and support, where do we draw the line? At some point, we have to ask are we looking for progress or just problems?

ME🤎🫶🏾🖤 :
People are upset at others in the comments, but, in every video we see of Black people adopted, or raised, in YT homes, those people were, and are, traumatized. 😩 Just because people ignore it and hope for a different outcome means nothing.
