Idk if you have been tested for Celiac disease, but I have a very similar story and my health issues looked a lot like yours after many years of pushing myself too far. I developed several autoimmune diseases and celiac was the primary reason causing my body to crash. I hope you get answers ❤️

A part of being a good parent is being a role model. Let your kids watch you fulfill yourself and be inspired. if you're constantly neglecting yourself, your kids may think that's how adulting works, and adapt that for themselves
