I have MCAS and am desperate for help. Antihistamines, DAO, luteolin, quercetin, KPV Peptide, probiotics, herbal teas… nothing has worked or has caused awful reactions. Following you now hoping to learn 😢

I have cfs which I think stems from histamine intolerance. I react everytime I eat anything. I’m taking quercitin, vit c, nettle tea, beef kidney(Dao). I tried non drowsy antihistamine just before bed. It knocks me out but I’m drowsy for two days following. I don’t know what to do

Pretty sure mine is hormonal and induced but stress. It’s presenting itself as seasonal allergies with sneezing and a nonstop runny nose. I’m sooo miserable!

the only thing works for me is steroid nasal sprays but you can't use them for more than 7 days 😭😭😭

🙏🙏🙏please don’t stop posting! I am in a rural area and have been having issues since 2017. Recently found out about EDS and MCAS and now thanks to you I’m learning how to help since no dr here has been able to even diagnose let alone help me manage the misery 💯

my symptoms are inconsistent, it happens after I exercise or when my body is subjected to extreme temperatures. It is generally hives and I've always generally been constipated but get diarrhea when ever I use ANY stool softners. Does this sound related to histamine intolerance?.

I have suspected histamine intolerance / possibly MCAS for 25 years. Waiting to see an immunologist. Is it harmful for a person to try DAO? I react to all high histamine foods. Not sure what else. Trying to figure it out for 25 years, I keep cutting out things…

I was using H1 and H2 during a flare and I scheduled an e appointment so took my vitals, I usually don't monitor my temp but I need to now. it was 91 for several days and now is 94 never seeing 98 again. read that antihistamines can lower body temp, but I stopped taking them and my temp is still low. read that H1 and H2 can cause low body temp and if long enough make it permanent. it's not thyroid. im thinking histamine

I was put on Xolair injections to prevent MCAS breakouts, because of the hives and going anaphylaxis - since I have had only 1 breakout since, would this be considered stable? Can I essentially move on to step 2
