im honestly tired to explain everything all the time. I know my loved ones don't ask me to justify myself and I know they don't judge me. but I also know they will never fully understand what's in my head and how I feel, no matter how much I try to explain and being really bad, almost at my worst, it makes things more easy to see and to understand even if not fully. you usually don't see someone's struggles until they are bad enough to be obvious
