@beautyybird: Mom is finally 4 weeks post op from her abdominoplasty that repaired her severe muscle separation with Dr. Perez with Marina Plastic Surgery and she’s doing so amazing! She’s finally more independent by getting up on her own, going on walks, showering by herself and more! She’s finally feeling back to herself and excited as she keeps seeing the swelling go down! Here’s a quick recap of her 4 weeks: Week 1: the toughest week where she needed assistance with everything from walking, going to the restroom, had little to no walking, no showering and using stage 1 faja Week 2: got her drains out, assistance showering, went into stage 2 faja, started walking on her own and a little straight but still slightly bent. Went out to a jaripeo towards the end of week 2 Week 3: walking pretty straight, started going out more, taking 15-20 min walks non stop, showering on her own Now we’re excited to see how she does going into week 4 and even more to seeing her before and after at the 6 week mark!
