Stopped taking tumeric when I found out it can act as a blood thinners. Up until that point I noticed zero difference in my pain or stiffness while taking it.

I just bought turmeric capsules and was taking it for 3 days. I was having the worst stomach pain and was nauseous. I took it with food and it bothered me so much. Maybe I’m just highly sensitive. 😣
