They need to update that old run down theater and transform it into Amusement complex with a movie theater, bowling alley & game arcade, plus bar & grill. The kind they have in Texas with the food and drinks served in the theater while on plush recliners.

I shop there quite often. i enjoy the mall. but a new manager could do wonders. it needs actual boutique restaurants. A couple bars and grill. A legitimate Arcade that can double as an affordable child play area where the parents can drop there kids off securely and then go shop in peace. More entertainment. Beef up security. A nice band. A piano. A big carousel. A comedy store. An Art gallery. We should be able to enter the movie theater directly from inside the mall. Host Fashion shows. Beauty contests. Fitness Expos. And body building contests. Comic Cons. Costume events. Boxing/Martial Arts events. Cooking Seminars. Seminars of all types. Sumo, wrestling shows. A concert hall. Just a few ideas. A good event manager could help and a concerted effort to deploy Social Media Marketing on all major platforms as well as dedicated content creator will do wonders. Make it happen.

I worked at the jewelry store there. Just needs some newer food/stores and better upkeep and people will come back around but depending on the day its still super busy. Not like it was a year ago tho

been dead for years. like most of thst side of town. Everything is 96 and south. but would be nice to see it turned into a rivers crossing type mall.

This mall has a good store in it for teens. My daughter loves the one particular store... I don't remember the name of the store tho. We live in savannah and my daughter asked me to take her to this mall for her birthday to spend her money at that store.

I’m a manager and have worked retail my whole life all the stores that operate there make the same or outperform even the same stores in other districts. Houston county has the money. It’s just a failure of mall managers.

Turn it into an open air/outdoor mall similar to Tanger Outlets Savannah in Pooler. But demolishing could be expensive 🤷🏾♂️

im not from here but I have lived here for 3 years. this could be easily turned into a cross creek mall like fayetteville, NC. hopefully more stores come in as WR is expanded.
