Tom watched your vid yesterday. I'm by no means an efi expert but I think you've got a spark and fuel issue. the tac dropping out is either the ground to the gauge or more than likely the signal from the coil/distributor dropping out. Also with E85 sitting outside especially in Maryland(lots of moisture) it will gel up in the injectors. if you've got a spare set clean throw em in and try. Just from 1 mustang fan to another🤘
