Well i get it! And j know it but the only way for you to get thru is to stop letting yesterday dictate tomorrow let go of resentment and discard self pity. Thinkimg inward is siul work yes to recognize. Thinking outward is healing

I don’t believe in this. If someone loves another that much, then they shouldn’t tell them to go away. I would take that as him saying what he thinks I want to hear to help me heal but not wanting to truly be with me. But you said that beautifully
