Pronation belt Squeeze the thumb at the top of the movement. 2. Pinch hold Pinch a weight use less fingers to engage more thumb. Use chalk if slippery. 3. Band thumb adduction Wrap a medium resistance band around the middle part of your thumb. Allow for a good stretch. 4. Band thumb plan adduction Using a heavier resistance band. Wrap around your thumb side palm. Try to move only your thumb side palm and not your arms. 5. Band thumb abduction Using a very light resistance band, place it around your thumb so that you have resistance moving your thumb away. 6. Gripper thumb adduction Using a very light hand gripper place it between your index and thumb knuckles. Imagine both knuckles touching. 7. Gripper thumb palm adduction Interlock your fingers and keep your arms close to your body. Put the hand gripper so that one side is towards your thumb side palm. Using only your palm and not your arms. Move the hand gripper using your palm. 8. Gripper thumb Flexion Using the lightest gripper you can use.
