Ganyan mga warmups ko since 2013. Tinuro ng gym instructor ko dati, di pa uso research. In the end, dynamic stretches pala talaga ang pinaka mabisang warmup before working out.

it lessens your strength at the gym if mag warm up ka ng sobra, dapat sa home palng naka warm-up na para ma maximize mo talaga yung strength mo sa gym
