There are already too many apartments and the government is desperate to build more high density housing. Apartments will send you backwards in the wealth building ladder 🤡

Mm not always the case - we made nearly a 40% gain on our apartment, bought and sold within 3 years. It’s about timing and taking advantage of the market when you can.
