Elon's dark gaze met Donald's blue. In the past he would often get lost in his lovers eyes, comparing them to the calm waves of the sea. But not anymore. "I'm leaving." Elon announced, as if it were a simple fact, his words final and full of steel. "No, Elon please, can't we talk this out?" Donald responded, his voice wavering as he took on a pleading tone. Elon paused, a hint of a frown etched across his face. "Talk? How many more times do you want to go through this? I'm done. I'm fed up, it's just not working out." Elon bit back, however he couldn't help but feel a wave of pain. He had tried so hard to make thing's work, despite the endless nights of bickering, the frequent arguments that continued until the dawn broke. "Elon, please, I... I need you." Donald confessed, desperation filling his gaze. Donald's hand reached out tentatively, begging for contact, however Elon pointedly turned away. "Enough." He rumbled, exasperated. Without another word Elon begun to walk away from the familiar walls of the White House, his home no longer.
